Having been open since 1856, The Stag’s Head is one of the oldest pubs in East London and has successfully hosted and entertained multiple generations of Londoners and tourists alike.

 

With current ownership having taken over in 2013, the pub was in desperate need of resurrection. The intent being, to maintain the gorgeous, nostalgic aesthetics of a typical (yet increasingly rare) East End pub and combining it with a modern, versatile selection of food, drink and entertainment. The stunning brick fireplaces provide a solace for those looking to warm up during the winters, and the garden is a green oasis for those lovely summer days.

 

Being located in heart of London’s East End music scene, we are extremely proud to be a part of it. Our live room and stage can accommodate a wide array of events, from blistering rock 'n roll gigs, to cosy jazz evenings. During the summers, DJs and singers take to the garden providing a blissful backdrop to the sun soaked weekends.
